24-hour cancellation notice is required; persistent no-show’s will be asked to pay a deposit to schedule another appointment.

a deposit is required for all new color appointments.

your appointment may be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

appointments requiring a minimum of three-hours will be asked to provide a credit card number.

no refunds on products or services.

hair products may only be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date.

we ask that children are never left unsupervised in the salon to prevent unnecessary injuries.​
