24-hour cancellation notice required; persistent no-show’s will be asked to pay 25% of their service total to schedule another appointment.

arriving 15 minutes or more past your original appointment time your service may result in a rescheduled service.

no refunds on products or services.

hair products may only be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date.
