Ash’s career began serendipitously in 2005 when a high school elective in Cosmetology sparked a lifelong passion for the marriage of creativity and technical precision. After graduating in 2007, she spent seven years honing her craft with the Regis Corporation. Under the mentorship of industry-leading Creative Directors, Ash quickly rose through the ranks into Management and led the Artistic Design Team.

In 2014, Ash joined Hair Rx, drawn to the salon’s commitment to education and its locally-owned roots. Here, she treats every appointment as a bespoke experience. By analyzing skin tone, eye color, hair texture, and lifestyle, she crafts custom looks tailored specifically to the individual.

As the Director of Development, she ensures every Hair Rx guest consistently receives the same quality and expertise from their stylist. When she isn't behind the chair, Ash is a modern-day homesteader. She and her husband, Chris, are currently restoring a 100-year-old farmhouse east of Denver, where they raise their son Milo alongside a dog, a cat, and ten chickens. An avid gardener, cook, and hiker, Ash finds her inspiration in the art and nature that surrounds her.
