A native Coloradan from Parker, Katie turned her lifelong love of art and creativity into a career at The Aveda Institute, graduating in 2020. She spent her first three years in the industry mastering the perfect blowout before joining the Hair Rx family in 2022. After excelling in our Associate program, Katie transitioned into her current role as a Senior Stylist, where she now specializes in creative color, blondeing and extensions. Katie’s goal is simple yet profound: to ensure every guest leaves her chair looking and feeling beautiful. Outside the salon, she shares her life with her boyfriend (a fellow stylist!) and their two dogs, Percy and Finn. When she isn’t behind the chair, you can find her exploring the Colorado outdoors or lost in the pages of a fantasy novel.
