ADD SERVICE. Add the service "Chemical Waiver Consultation" anywhere on their appointment (this can / should overlap existing services that require the waiver)

SEND VIA EZ CONNECT. Once that is added, for any time before the appointment, send a text via EZconnect and use the "saved responses" button and select "Chemical Release Waiver" and send the link that is generated, this will send to them to fill out.

FOR IN-SALON (the client is already in-salon, or did not fill out ahead of time). While you can also use the above #2 to send direct to clients phone in salon, if you want them to fill out direct or the cannot use their phone, still add the service in #1, then using an ipad/tablet, go to their profile under "forms", click on the eye next to the form that is now on their profile.

I'm going to show you how to add the chemical service waiver to any service.
0:04: You can add it to any service.
0:06: It doesn't have to be color correction or a perm.
0:08: Just to make it simple and widely applicable.
0:11: You will be able to do this to any service you so choose the way you do that is, you can see Adley here has an appointment with Sarah.
0:17: And what I've done is I've simply added the chemical services consultation waiver service to her appointment.
0:25: It can be anywhere in her appointment.
0:27: It doesn't really matter, it can overlap and from there, it's going to open up a couple of different options for you to get this form filled by your client.
0:36: So again, add the chemical services waiver to the appointment and client who needs to sign this form.
0:43: And then once that form is added, we can get it signed in a couple of different ways.
0:47: First one, which is probably the easiest is going to be once you go and enter the information, you can just send a text to that, that's going to open up EZconnect.
1:00: And then once within easy connect and directly messaging with that client.
1:05: You can see here, I've already been testing with a link.
1:07: All you have to do is click down on those saved responses and it's going to give you this chemical consultation waiver, click use this that is going to give you the necessary link and language to have this direct texted directly to the client note that if the chemical services consultation is not added, it may still let you send this generate this text but it won't have a link.
1:34: So when you're looking at it and you're saying, well, there's no link for them to fill anything out.
1:38: double check that you've added the chemical services consultation waiver service to their appointment.
1:43: And then sometime in the future, if it's not sometime in the future in a situation where you need them to fill it out right then and there in the salon and it's happening in real time, I'm gonna show you how you can do that.
1:56: The first one is if unfortunately, this doesn't work directly on an ipad.
2:01: But just so you know where this is, you can within the desktop version actually directly bring up the inter service, custom data.
2:12: They would have to be at a computer to do this.
2:14: So not ideal, but there is a better way to use a tablet.
2:19: So once we go to their profile, once within their profile, you can navigate over two forms and then within those forms within that forms tab.
2:29: If you have again added this chemical services waiver, you can just go right here and it will now appear on their profile.
2:37: So you can click on the eyeball that is going to bring up the form.
2:41: And this does work on an ipad.
2:43: I've tested it so you can just hand the pad off to them at this point.
2:47: They will then be prompted to directly go and fill out this form and then it will be sent to them in their profile as well.
2:56: So they'll have access to it.
2:57: So again, just to recap, add the chemical services waiver consultation appointment.
3:04: Once that's added anywhere to their service, you will be able to text them a link via easy connect or through the forms tab in their profile.
3:15: You'll be able to generate it to them and have them fill it out in person.
3:18: There will be an opportunity to have them automatically fill this out if it's assigned to their service when they check in via the ipad, but that will be another week or so.
3:28: But in the meantime, this gives us everything you need to start using these.
