Ensure Client Has Completed Intake Form (that all clients are asked for regardless of extensions)
This can be sent via link on EZ Connect, the Ipad Kiosk, or by direct navigation to the FORMS tab in the client profile; the client can also fill out by navigating to their online Hair Rx profile.
Review this form with the client during the consultation noting and discussing any potential concerns or recommendations based on their background information.
Extension Consultation Scheduled, even if client has other appointments during the visit, or has booked a standard consultation
This appointment should always be added, as this is where the waiver will be found as well.

If client is moving forward, sign the Extension Release Waiver
It is attached to "Extension Consultation" Appt and it can be signed in two ways:
1. SEND VIA EZ CONNECT for client to complete on phone. Once the extension consultation service is added, for any time before or during the appointment, send a text via EZconnect and use the "saved responses" button and select "Extension Release Waiver" and send the link that is generated, this will send to them to fill out.
2. IN-SALON on tablet. While you can also use the above item A to send direct to clients phone in salon, if you want them to fill out direct or the cannot use their phone, using an ipad/tablet on Zenoti Mobile, go to their profile under "forms", click on the eye next to the form that is now on their profile. Hand to the client to fill out.

Tape In
Sewn In
The following optional services can be added to extensions (and are also available to be added in the quote tool)
Extension Blending Haircut
Extension Perming
Extension Coloring
Adjust/Update Invoice, and Add-On Extension Care Package THIS MUST BE DONE AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING SERVICE EVEN IF APPOINTMENT IN THE FUTURE
1. Adjust Service Total: This total should be from the first calculations page of the pricing tool, hair only, not the grand total of the full quote including add ons then care kit.
All extension services are set to $1 by default to alert you that this should be adjusted.
2 . Add Extension Care Package to Invoice. This is done on the invoice by products.
This is required, as are all products in it, please see Extension Care Package Overview for more details
While still required, you can choose to customize and change the shampoo and conditioner based on your client's needs.
